A company driver is responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, or goods to designated locations while maintaining the vehicle and following traffic laws. Key duties include driving, assisting with loading/unloading, planning efficient routes, vehicle maintenance, and maintaining accurate travel logs. Core responsibilities

  • Transportation: Safely transport company executives, staff, or products to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
  • Loading/Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading luggage, products, or materials from the vehicle.
  • Route planning: Plan and adjust travel routes to avoid traffic, construction, or other delays.
  • Vehicle maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order by performing regular washing, cleaning, and basic checks.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate travel logs, including work hours, travel times, and destinations.
  • Safety and compliance: Adhere to traffic laws and company protocols, report any violations, and inform management of any accidents or damage immediately.
  • Additional duties: Assist with errands, delivery of documents, and other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • Valid professional driver's license with at least one required restriction code.
  • Experience as a professional or executive driver is often preferred.
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and a strong focus on safety.
  • Professional attitude and good customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
