Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market

· Prepare and present technical and financial proposals to clients

· Conduct site visits, surveys, and technical evaluations\Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction

· Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams for project execution

· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed)

· With 2-3 years' experience in HVAC design, installation, and sales or from similar industry

· Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems and applications

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team

· Having existing client leads or network is highly desirable

· Willing to travel and conduct client visits; Hybrid set-up (Office-based once per week)
