Site IT Operations Associate

We are looking for a Technology Operations (Tech Ops) Specialist to join our client, a global leader in the snack industry. The Tech Ops role is critical in ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly, securely, and efficiently to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, and support IT systems, servers, and networks on-site.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and timely resolution of system or hardware/software issues.
  • Implement updates, patches, and system upgrades as needed.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support technology-driven business processes.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Assist in IT projects, system migrations, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations / Technology Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of system administration, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and ITIL practices is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on-site at the client's facility in Tanza, Cavite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
