Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team at Ez-Air Curtain Appliances Trading. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in choosing the right products, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products such as Air Curtains, Air Conditioners, PVC Strip Curtains, Korean Blinds, and other appliances.
  • Assist walk-in customers, answer inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely coordination with the operations team.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with sales experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to handle tasks responsibly and align with company standards.
  • With or without experience – training will be provided.
