Senior Quantity Surveyor

1. Basic function:

1.1.1. The Senior Quantity Surveyor prepares detailed estimates for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary using company standard measurements.

1. Reports to:

2.1.1. CMD Manager

2.1.2. VP Operations

3. Duties and responsibilities:

3.1.1. Prepares Bill of Quantities & Bill of Materials.

3.1.2. Identify escalations on material and labor costs as appropriate.

3.1.3. Assist in the evaluation of quantity and cost proposals of contractors.

3.1.4. Analyze variation works by identifying changes to the approved design versus actual work at the site.

3.1.5. Submits daily and weekly reports as needed by management.

3.1.6. Performs tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

4. Qualification requirements:

4.1.1. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer

4.1.2. At least 2 years of working experience as QS in the construction industry specifically in subdivision & medium-rise building construction.

4.1.3. Required Computer Software Skills: 2D AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other spreadsheet programs for estimates.

4.1.4. Familiar with quantity surveying standards, cost analysis, and unit price analysis.

4.1.5. Required spoken and written language: English, Filipino

5. Key Performance Indicator

5.1.1. Ensures compliance with department's targets & reports requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month
