Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and consistent service delivery.
  • Identify and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Analyze account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market, with the ability to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
