Reports to: Operations Accounting Specialist

Reporting: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

About the role

Golden Richland Farm Corporation is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our Accounting and Finance Department team in San Mateo, Isabela. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and supporting the company's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies

What we're looking for

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, procedures, and regulations
