Role Purpose:

The Senior Site Engineer provides technical leadership and coordination across all site engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical/Plumbing). This role ensures consistency across trades, oversees day-to-day technical work, and bridges the technical execution with project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical oversight for trade-specific site engineers.
  • Supervise and guide Site Engineers in civil, electrical, and mechanical/plumbing disciplines.
  • Ensure consistency and technical accuracy across trades.
  • Review plans, layouts, and site execution methods for quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager for escalation, reporting, and controls.
  • Mentor site engineers to build trade specialization and professional growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years of multi-trade site engineering experience.
  • Strong background in structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Licensed Engineer preferred.

Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)
