RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Attend site viewings and meeting up with clients in place of the executives.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Prepare and review documents and reports related to ongoing projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
