The KPI Institute. The Life Management Science Labs (LMSL) is an organization dedicated to empowering individuals worldwide to transform their lives through research by the Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS). ILMS explores the structure and application of personal management systems, producing tools, templates, publications, and training content.

As a Functional Area Enablement Project Officer, your main responsibilities include:Supporting assigned Functional Departments with administrative tasks. Conducting internal training workshops to ensure understanding and adherence to LMSL's processes and policies.

Maintaining operational files and ensuring they are updated weekly. Organizing and tracking tasks in Asana according to LMSL's guidelines. Collaborating with team members to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Facilitating effective communication within the team. Performing other administrative duties as assigned. We expect you to have qualifications or experience in business administration, demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, possess a high attention to detail, be proactive, and show a willingness to learn.
