About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to spearhead the Cloud Enablement function for our AI Platforms. This critical leadership role is responsible for defining, designing, and executing the infrastructure capabilities needed to support scalable, secure AI and GenAI solutions, with a focus on Azure, AWS, and Databricks.

You will drive the proactive enablement of AI capabilities—ensuring backend cloud platforms are optimized for PII onboarding, compliance, and high-scale service delivery. This role blends cloud strategy, DevOps/MLOps, and AI platform enablement in a complex, regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a cloud capability roadmap for AI platform enablement
  • Design and deliver service-oriented infrastructure features to support scalable AI and GenAI workloads
  • Collaborate with platform and governance teams to enable secure PII data onboarding
  • Identify and address cloud and infrastructure capability gaps on Azure and AWS (Databricks)
  • Build reusable infrastructure templates for compliant, scalable deployment
  • Align platform enhancements with business needs and governance frameworks
  • Oversee production rollout of platform features and infrastructure updates
  • Track and improve adoption and effectiveness of new cloud capabilities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, compliance, and AI teams

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), data platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure
  • Strong background in cloud enablement, DevOps/MLOps, or data engineering
  • Experience with Databricks and AI pipeline infrastructure preferred
  • Proven ability to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Strong understanding of governance and compliance standards, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills.
