We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of in-house projects and strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring: Track the progress of in-house projects to ensure adherence to timelines and the achievement of key milestones.
  • Performance Analytics: Measure and report on project KPIs related to outcomes, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and policy updates.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among team members, department heads, and key stakeholders to align goals and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and workflows and implement necessary improvements.
  • Policy Development: Assist in reviewing and refining internal project policies to ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in project management are also encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated professional who anticipates needs and takes action proactively
  • Passionate about continuous learning and professional development in project management
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Positive demeanour with the ability to build productive relationships at all organizational levels
  • Must be amenable to work on-site in Makati.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
