We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, while playing an active role in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of in-house projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring: Track the progress of internal projects to ensure alignment with timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Performance Analytics: Measure and report on project KPIs related to outcomes, efficiency, and overall quality of deliverables.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and policy updates.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, department heads, and key stakeholders to align on goals and drive results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement workflow enhancements.
  • Policy Development: Support the review, development, and refinement of internal project management policies to align with industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of work experience in a related field preferred; however, fresh graduates with a strong interest in project management are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive; able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and growth in the project management field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Positive and professional demeanor; capable of building strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
