The Quality Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with quality standards within warehouse and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations. The role actively contributes to the achievement of Integrated Management Systems and Operations Excellence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

QMS Management and Documentation

  • Perform standardization, documentation, monitoring, and improvement of Quality Management System processes.
  • Assist in the management and control of documented information

Audit and Compliance

  • Effectively deliver warehouse audit and compliance programs, ensuring findings are addressed and closed promptly.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Operations Excellence Support

  • Actively participate in initiatives and tasks related to the achievement of Integrated Management Systems and Operations Excellence goals.

VAS Quality Assurance

  • Oversee QA functions within Value-Added Services, ensuring requirements and standards are met and maintained.

Complaint and Non-Conformance Management

  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, documenting findings and action plans.
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

Pest and Supplier Management

  • Participate in pest control management and supplier management activities to align and monitor quality requirements.

Training and Capability Building

  • Identify quality-related training needs and organize interventions to meet standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
     College graduate, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or any related field.
  • Experience:
     At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, or related roles.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of QMS and ISO standards.
  • Strong documentation and report writing skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to conduct audits and manage compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
