We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to Design and Deploy Agentic AI Systems

ABOUT THE ROLE

The prospective client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of Agentic AI workflows. This role is integral to helping businesses leverage AI to automate tasks, augment human talent, and unlock efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can balance technical depth with business impact, ensuring AI systems are practical, scalable, and responsibly deployed.

Key Responsibilities


• AI Workflow Design: Architect end-to-end AI agent workflows tailored to client needs, combining automation with human oversight.


• Integration: Connect AI systems with CRMs, databases, APIs, and enterprise platforms to ensure seamless operations.


• Solution Development: Build proof-of-concepts and scale them into production-ready deployments.


• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.


• Governance: Establish standards for responsible AI use, including human-in-the-loop processes where AI requires review.


• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and automation tools.


• Documentation & Training: Produce clear documentation and provide guidance to client teams on AI adoption.

Qualifications


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML engineering, software architecture, or data engineering, with hands-on experience in AI/automation projects.


• Technical Skills:


• Strong knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).


• Proficiency in API integration and workflow automation tools.


• Experience deploying AI in production environments.


• Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results without close supervision.


• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to bridge technical and business conversations.


• Agility: Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments, and adapting AI solutions to client-specific needs.
