Job summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Customer Service staff follow company standards and guidelines.
  • Track and record chat response performance across the CS team.
  • Provide coaching and clarify proper response methods when mistakes are found.
  • Regularly update promotional content, SOPs, and other essential documents to ensure accuracy in verification.
  • Operate all tools related to customer service operations, including backend and frontend systems.
  • Report system issues to technical teams or the team leader.
  • Communicate with CS team members regarding findings from verification and related feedback.
  • Comply with all internal policies, including customer service standards and data privacy rules.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks and meet performance targets.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and learn new tools.
  • Participate in training sessions as required by the company.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate and write in English
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts with 2-hour break, 6 days a week (including weekends or holidays if scheduled)
  • Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex customer issues.
  • Highly reliable and responsible, demonstrating strong work ethics and integrity.
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally.
