Techdynamics OPC is urgently looking for a Marketing Specialist.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Launch Support

- Assist in planning and executing new product launches (e.g., Matrice, Mavic, Dock, Lidar, Payload series).

- Localize product highlights and prepare marketing materials such as banners, posters, social media posts, and short videos.

- Support online/offline product introduction sessions and live demos.

2. Channel Events & Roadshow Execution

- Coordinate and support sub-dealers in organizing exhibitions, workshops, and roadshows.

- Manage booth setup, logistics, materials, on-site registration, and audience flow.

- Collect participant data, leads, and feedback for event reports.

3. Marketing Content & Media Collection

- Capture event photos, videos, and interviews for social media and post-event materials.

- Create short recaps or highlight videos in collaboration with media or design teams.

- Support social media posting across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

4. Material & Demo Unit Management

- Maintain inventory of demo units, sample kits, and marketing collaterals.

- Manage the borrowing, transport, and return of materials for roadshows and events

5. Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth event execution.

- Prepare activity summaries and support basic administrative tasks related to marketing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  2. Must have at least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or promotions (experience in tech, drone, or electronics industry a plus).
  3. Basic content writing, social media management, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva or CapCut; familiarity with event coordination.
  4. Must be proactive, organized, willing to travel, comfortable with on-site work, hands-on, and eager to learn.

Work Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon-Sat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
