We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team for Barenbliss as an EC specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop and Shopee storefronts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Manage TikTok Shop and Shopee storefronts, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities and provide insights to inform business strategy.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues related to shipping and delivery.
  • Oversee customer service operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with finance team to manage profitability and expenses related to TikTok Shop and Shopee storefronts.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee seller platforms and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and am accountable for the sales of the store.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
