Full Description:

The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for executing and overseeing daily digital marketing activities to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase sales by managing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website platforms, while coaching junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor digital campaigns (PPC, social ads, email, content marketing) across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc..
  • Team Supervision: Manage, mentor, and assign tasks to junior staff (specialists & content creators, ).
  • Content & SEO: Oversee content strategy, optimize for SEO (keywords, on-page), manage website updates, and ensure brand voice consistency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and present actionable reports.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Identify new trends, evaluate new tech, brainstorm growth strategies, and optimize performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with creative, design, sales, and other teams to align efforts and create assets.
  • Budget Management: Assist in monitoring digital ad spend and campaign budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles (Specialist, Coordinator).
  • Proven experience with SEO/SEM, social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS (WordPress).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (GA4).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
