Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the marketing and sales team in executing campaigns, managing customer inquiries, preparing materials, and maintaining records. This role helps ensure smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and partners regarding sales and marketing requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and product presentations.
  • Monitor inventory and availability of marketing collaterals and samples.
  • Help organize company events, exhibits, or client meetings.
  • Track sales inquiries and follow up with leads as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php20,000.00 per month
