About the Role

Momentum Health + Fitness is seeking a results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to own and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role is central to driving member growth, nurturing leads, and supporting our community-driven brand. You'll manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, Meta, Google, and other paid media) while aligning them with our sales funnel, ambassador program, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize digital campaigns that bring high quality leads for our gym
  • Configure and monitor multiple adsets and creatives for Meta Ads
  • Design effective landing pages, A/B testing, and automations in GoHighLevel
  • Drive marketing KPIs up and secure high-quality leads weekly
  • Report these KPIs to the rest of the team with proper actionable goals

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in digital campaign management, ideally across multiple paid and owned channels.
  • Proficiency with GHL, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email/SMS marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across creative, sales, and operations teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and copywriting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, Make, MailChimp
  • Strong copywriting skills and good eye for creatives
  • Knowledge of attribution models, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Can configure a GPT to cater to the right tone of the brand
  • Experience integrating community-driven or ambassador campaigns into paid media strategy.
