Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator located in Cagayan de Oro City. The Marketing Coordinator will manage daily marketing tasks such as content creation, event planning, project coordination, and communication with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales strategies, implementing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company's branding objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing
  • Experience in Sales support and client engagement
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and coordination of on-site and virtual events
  • Organizational skills with expertise in Project Management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
  • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or community development is a plus
