1. People Development

  • Assist in conducting Learning Needs Analysis for Operations and Support Groups.

  • Facilitate and deliver training programs, including:

  • Basic Orientation for New Employees (BONE)

  • Culture Programs (OD Curriculum-based)
  • Restaurant Staff Development Program (RSDP 1 & 2)
  • Management Development Program (MDP 1 & 2)
  • Other special programs as required.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of training (pre-program, during program, and post-program), including reporting of results.
  • Monitor and evaluate hands-on and on-the-job training of personnel.
  • Track training needs of assigned employees and ensure timely development support.

2. New Product Training

  • Prepare and design training materials for new product launches in coordination with the PDT Team.
  • Conduct new product orientations and training sessions for restaurant personnel.
  • Monitor adherence to standards for new products in collaboration with the QSCH Department and PDT Team.

3. Training Systems and Compliance

  • Implement and ensure compliance with training systems and program guidelines (RSDP, MDP, and Technical Operations Training).
  • Provide inputs and recommendations for designing or redesigning training modules and systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to observe training effectiveness and compliance with HR and training standards.
  • Support the development of QSCH standards and training innovations for operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
  • Knowledge of training systems, instructional design, and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
