Job Title: E-Learning Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled E-Learning Content Developer to join our team. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning content that meets the needs of our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for creating interactive and immersive learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop content that is both informative and engaging.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferred)
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Proficiency with software application programs including MS Office

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client needs and resource availability to identify learning objectives
  • Gather content elements from various sources and analyze them to create primary and secondary learning objectives
  • Design engaging content using multimedia tools and software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
  • Develop scenarios and associated stories and dialogue scripts
  • Apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materials
  • Ensure contents are peer reviewed and approved internally before presenting to client
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper communication and timely project delivery
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report utilization of materials within project timelines
  • Secure project acceptance and closure
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields (preferred)
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Proficiency with software application programs including MS Office
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience
