Summary of the Position:

The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in loan management systems.

This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information that supports our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent keyboard skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Entry:


• Enter, update, and verify financial data into various systems and databases.


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data.


• Perform data cleansing and validation to maintain high data quality standards.

Documentation:


• Maintain organised records of all data entry activities.


• Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries as required.

Quality Control:


• Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors.


• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

Compliance:


• Ensure all data entry activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.


• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.

Support:


• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.


• Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager.
