Job Description

INVOICING / DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:


• Enter electronic invoices which include internal store transfers


• All other miscellaneous supplier invoices entered


• Maintain an accurate database by finding discrepancies in price, quantities, and products


• Dial into relevant stores to gain access to store transfers if not supplied by the store


• Log into the supplier's portal to access invoices/credits daily


• Complete daily product merges


• Reconcile ALL company invoices to the end-of-month statement to be forwarded to Accounts Payable by the given date


• Email suppliers requesting any missing invoices and statements


• Reporting GP% and locations


• Monitor emails daily


• Communicate with stores and suppliers in a professional manner


• Keep an organized filing system


• Assist other invoicing staff when on annual leave / sick day


• Any other ad hoc tasks requested

Other Responsibilities:


• Abide and perform to the best of their abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the company


• Comply with the company's orders and instructions from time to time through the Accounts Officer and other representatives


• Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the company's representatives from time to time through direct written order or by verbal assignment

You should have/be:


• Graduate of any 4-year degree course


• At least 1-4 year experienced employee, 1-year experience with data entry


• Must have excellent attention to detail while still being efficient


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and documents)


• Ability to work in a team environment


• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure


• Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated


• Ability to produce accurate reports


• Provide regular updates to clients and management


• Ideally located in NCR

This is a FULL ON-SITE work arrangement (at Rockwell Business Center Ortigas) from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. PH time.
