Our client is a rehabilitation consultancy based in Adelaide, South Australia, with over 50 years of combined experience in injury recovery, claims management, and return-to-work solutions, delivering tailored workplace rehabilitation, assessments, and clinical support through a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists, and recognized through multiple industry nominations including the ARPA Innovation in Return-to-Work and Exceptional Leadership Awards for their excellence and impact in the field.
We are seeking a Data Entry Agent based in Manila, responsible for processing claim-related documentation to keep client data and systems accurate and up to date, with speed, accuracy, and independence being essential to supporting the company's mission of delivering timely and effective rehabilitation solutions. This role follows Hybrid setup with 2 days at ASW's office in BGC, Taguig City with working hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM in PHT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately entering and updating data from a variety of sources into the database, ensuring consistency and integrity of information.
- Conducting detailed investigations into client files to ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Identifying and addressing data discrepancies, flagging anomalies, and seeking clarification as necessary to maintain data quality.
- Collaborating effectively with the broader administrative team to improve workflow efficiency and ensure seamless data management processes.
- Supporting special projects that require large-scale data entry, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all tasks.
- Maintaining and refining data processing procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with best practices.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Min 4 years of proven experience in data entry operations, demonstrating a strong track record of speed and accuracy in managing large volumes of data.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral, with strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for data management and communication.
- Experience with Case Management software is advantageous, contributing to efficient and accurate data processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
- A positive "Can Do" attitude, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills in all aspects of the role.
