Property Manager and Mechanical Engineer Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the building’s Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) and other mechanical equipment. The role involves implementing preventive maintenance programs, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to maintain optimal building performance and safety. Job Description: Handle installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of FDAS and other mechanical systems. Conduct preventive maintenance of building equipment such as pumps, air handling units, and exhaust systems. Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and service documentation. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for equipment servicing and repairs. Ensure all systems comply with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Licensed Mechanical Engineer With experience in FDAS and mechanical systems preferred Strong background in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Have a wide range of knowledge regarding building equipment and operations Familiar with building structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems Keen attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Job Summary: The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of a condominium property. This role ensures that all building systems run efficiently, staff are well‑managed, and residents receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Job Description: Supervise engineering, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor building systems, utilities, and maintenance schedules. Prepare budgets, operational reports, and improvement plans . Coordinate with the condominium board, unit owners, and contractors. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and government regulations .
