What is your mission?

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Facilities Director to lead multi-site operations, real estate expansion, and workplace safety for a fast-growing offshoring organization. This role oversees facilities strategy, preventive maintenance, and construction projects while ensuring compliance, sustainability, and business continuity in a 24/7 environment. If you're a strong leader with deep experience in corporate facilities or property management—this is for you.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Facilities Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and implement long-term facilities strategies aligned with company growth plans.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple offices, ensuring seamless business continuity in a 24/7 offshoring setup.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire, mechanical).
  • Lead space planning, layout optimization, and capacity expansion to meet operational and client needs.
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and workplace comfort.
  • Oversee Business Continuity Plan (BCP) implementation when required.

Real Estate & Expansion

  • Lead site selection, leasing, and construction for new offices.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Oversee design, fit-out, and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • Conduct feasibility and cost-benefit studies for facility expansion and optimization.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Oversee emergency response, security, and workplace safety programs.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to promote a safety-focused workplace culture.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Oversee facilities operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.
  • Implement cost-control strategies while maintaining service excellence.
  • Manage vendor contracts and evaluate service performance across maintenance, utilities, janitorial, and security providers.

Sustainability & Innovation

  • Champion green initiatives to minimize environmental impact and energy use.
  • Implement smart technology solutions for building efficiency and monitoring.
  • Stay current with industry innovations and best practices in facilities management.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities or property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in multi-site facility operations within BPO, tech, or large corporate settings.
  • Strong background in construction management, expansion projects, and vendor coordination.
  • Expertise in building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced, 24/7 business environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php170,000.00 per month
