Finance & Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a sharp and reliable Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the financial backbone of our fast-growing e-commerce business. You'll work closely with the founder to bring clarity, structure, and control across all financial and operational aspects of the company.
What you'll do:
Create clear financial overviews and performance insights (cash flow, margins, costs, etc.)
Handle invoicing (both incoming and outgoing)
Maintain clean, organized spreadsheets and financial records
Track fees, commissions, partner payouts, and operational costs
Collaborate with the founder and bookkeeper to support smooth day-to-day operations
Who you are:
You have experience in financial administration, operations, or controlling
You're confident with Google Sheets/Excel and preferably familiar with bookkeeping tools (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or Moneybird)
You're analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
You're proactive and take ownership of your responsibilities
You understand the dynamics of a fast-moving e-commerce environment
Availability: 8–12 hours per week to start (can grow over time)
