We're looking for a Product Owner who can define product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate across teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. The role requires strong communication, technical fluency, and hands-on Agile experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and translate needs into requirements.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation (including API docs).
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, product management, and marketing teams.
  • Make data-driven decisions balancing short-term goals and long-term strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred / Advantageous:

  • Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience in the insurance domain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
