Accounting Assistant

Job Description:
- Process invoices, prepare payments, and ensure timely payment of bills. Assist with the Management of accounts receivable.
Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, recording daily transactions such as sales, purchases, and expenses. - Financial Reports:
Help prepare financial reports and cash flow statements, for review by the accounting team. - Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Accurately enter financial data to records and maintain organized, up-to-date records of all financial transactions. - Filing & Documentation:
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Tax Support:
Assist in the preparation of tax filings by organizing and tracking necessary documents and transactions for year-end reporting. - Audit Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of information for internal and external audits, providing support to auditors as needed. - Communication:
Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments to resolve discrepancies or inquiries regarding billing, payments, or accounting records.
