Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Functional Consultant. The Functional Consultant will analyze business processes, provide expert consulting services, and work closely with clients to implement Smart Food Safe's solutions effectively. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business requirements, provide recommendations for optimizing operations, and support clients in meeting regulatory and food safety standards. Other daily tasks include gathering and analyzing data, delivering presentations, and providing training to clients to enhance system usage.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills for effectively facilitating client meetings, delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of Business Processes and experience in their assessment, documentation, and optimization
  • Experience in Consulting to design and implement tailored solutions that address organizational needs
  • Knowledge of Finance to provide insights into process improvements and financial management related to food safety systems
  • Proficiency in food safety and quality standards, along with knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative working style
