Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Order-to-cash (Selling), Procure-to-pay (Buying), Inventory Management (Stock), Fixed Assets, Construction, Project Management, BIR Forms
  • Lead in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERP workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and operational needs.
  • Help document functional specifications, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT), bug tracking, and data migration activities.
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of financial modules within the ERP or business system.
  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving system issues.
  • Participate in data validation and migration activities.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to support successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to meeting notes, task tracking, and status updates.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience working with ERPNext in a support or functional role.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (accounting, finance operations, audit, or internship).
  • Basic understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus.
  • Strong interest in ERP systems and business process optimization.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Gain exposure to SAP modules by supporting data entry, documentation, or testing tasks as directed by the team.
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
