Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance across all departments.

Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, workflows, and policies.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.

Lead cross-functional teams to support operational goals and organizational priorities.

Ensure consistent delivery of products/services in alignment with company standards.

Business Development & Growth

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

Support the development and execution of growth strategies, including sales initiatives and go-to-market plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue targets and drive business expansion.

Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and negotiation materials for new opportunities.

Strategic Planning & Execution

Translate company strategy into actionable operational and business development plans.

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Support organizational change management and scaling efforts.

Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development

Manage, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Coordinate cross-departmental alignment to ensure workflow coordination and goal achievement.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management, with significant exposure to business development or sales strategy or with gaming industry experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and performance management.

Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and execute business development strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
