About Us
IDENTITY Apparel is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in novelty and embroidered socks. What started as a pandemic pivot has grown into a thriving business with 15+ team members, operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, plus retail stores and B2B partnerships.
We're scaling and need a strategic Operations Manager to build the systems that will get us there.
The Role
You'll own the entire Operations Ecosystem—not just fulfillment, but the strategic foundation that enables growth. This means managing:
- E-commerce fulfillment across multiple platforms
- 100 sqm warehouse and inventory management
- In-house embroidery production pairs/day)
- Retail store and B2B wholesale operations
- International supply chain (e.g. manufacturing, 2-3 month lead times)
- Team of 10+ (fulfillment, warehouse, QC, embroidery, retail staff)
What You'll Do:
Strategic Planning (20%)
- Create quarterly and annual operational roadmaps
- Design cross-departmental workflows (ops, marketing, finance, customer service)
- Track KPIs and present monthly performance reports to founders
Process & Automation (20%)
- Identify and implement 3-5 automation opportunities per year
- Create SOPs for all operational processes
- Transition manual Google Sheets processes to automated systems
- Recommend and implement new technology (ERP, inventory software, AI tools)
Inventory & Supply Chain (20%)
- Implement inventory forecasting models across warehouse, retail, and consignment locations
- Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy across all platforms
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Team Leadership (15%)
- Lead 10+ team members: Fulfillment Specialist, warehouse packers, QC staff, embroidery operators, retail associate
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching
- Build cross-training programs and succession plans
- Foster culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Financial Management (10%)
- Manage monthly operational budget
- Identify 10-15% annual cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial performance reports
- Track ROI on operational investments
Quality & Compliance (10%)
- Maintain 95%+ customer resolution rate
- Oversee QC processes for inbound inventory
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax requirements (VAT, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
Daily Operations (5%)
- Oversee order processing across all channels (e-commerce, B2B, consignment, retail)
- Ensure 99.99%+ order accuracy and 95%+ on-time fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
Must-Haves
- 4+ years operations management experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing
- Proven track record managing a team
- Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify (merchant side)
- Strong inventory management and supply chain knowledge
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience implementing process improvements and automation
- Financial acumen (budgeting, expense tracking, ROI analysis)
Nice-to-Haves
- Apparel/fashion e-commerce experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations (embroidery, printing)
- Familiarity with Ginee OMS or similar multi-platform systems
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification

- Complete operations audit and meet all team members

- Establish team meetings and communication rhythms
- Begin SOP development
- Set up KPI tracking systems
Days 61-90: Own & Optimize
- Take full ownership of daily operations
- Launch 1-2 major process improvements
- Complete 80%+ of critical SOPs
- Implement team training programs
- Begin automation initiatives
