We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who also has solid administrative experience. This role combines design creativity with day-to-day office support, ensuring smooth operations within our fashion production and development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design clothing and accessory collections based on trends and company direction.
  • Prepare sketches, mood boards, and fabric selections.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Handle administrative duties such as documentation, scheduling, inventory tracking, and basic correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing photoshoots, product catalogs, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain records of fabric swatches, design samples, and purchase orders.
  • Support management in daily operations and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in fashion design and administrative work.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and with a good eye for detail.
  • Willing to work on-site in Sta. Ana, Manila.

Benefits

Salary Range: ₱23,000–₱25,000 (depending on experience)
