Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to create new products and use design software.
  • Share design ideas with the team and managing director for approval.
  • Research trends, test materials, and choose colors and patterns.
  • Manage production, work with suppliers, and oversee prototypes.
  • Work with the team to design clothes, create mood boards, and align with the business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, fashion textile, fine arts, or any related course.
  • Experience is an advantage with knowledge of fashion design principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Excel, and Visualization tools.
  • Can think outside the box and have an eye for colors and a feel for fabrics and materials
  • Amenable to work in San Juan
