Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user issues and service requests.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and investigation on Angular, Flutter, and NodeJS applications.
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and error logs to detect potential issues.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to Level 2/3 teams with proper documentation
  • Support routine tasks such as deployments, health checks, and batch monitoring under guidance.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to build the knowledge base.
  • Provide regular status updates to users and stakeholders on reported issues. -Ensure proper ticket logging, classification, and SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior support and development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in testing fixes, minor updates, or configuration changes when required

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science, IT or other related courses.
  • OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES
  • Knowledgeable in Angular, Flutter, and NodeJS.
  • Should be amendable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas (near the Medical City) and shifting.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow support processes, prioritize tasks, and escalate appropriately.
