Job Description:

We are looking for highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Premium Telco Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will support high-value clients of a leading telecommunications company, ensuring fast, efficient, and personalized service.

You will be handling customer concerns related to mobile plans, billing, technical issues, and value-added services — while delivering a premium customer experience through voice, chat, or email support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to premium Telco clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, network issues, and service upgrades.
  • Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Stay updated with Telco products, services, and promotions.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of BPO or customer service experience (Telco experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college level or degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling VIP or postpaid Telco accounts.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, internet services, and telecommunications products.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
