JOB SUMMARY

Field Sales Agent promote and sells our products (Fast Moving Consumer Goods FMGC) directly to costumers. The idea candidate is a goal-driven salesperson who enjoys new people, building relationship, and achieving sales targets. This roles involves travelling to different location, generating leads, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsabilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential customers in assigned teriitories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients.
  • Promote and present company products/services to costumers.

Costumers Engagement & Negotiation

  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and product demonstration.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quartely sales targets
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Gather market insights and costumer feedback for business improvements.

On-site Marketing & Promotions

  • Participate in field marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Distribute flyers, brouchers, and other marketing materials.

After-Sales Support

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide support in handling product related issues.

Qualification & Requirements

  • High school diploma of Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related field ( preferred)
  • Experience in field sales, marketing or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field.
  • Can drive a motorcycle with clutch (Honda TMX 125)
  • With valid drive's license
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Basic knowledge in FMCG is a plus
