What you'll be doing

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  2. Investigating and resolving employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner
  3. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and morale
  4. Providing guidance and support to managers in addressing employee-related issues and promoting positive employee relations
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee relations matters
  6. Staying up to datep;' with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance
  7. Assisting with the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs
  8. Participating in the development and review of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or related HR functions.
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and HR policies.
  • Experience in assisting with employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible with work schedules, as required.
