Job Description:
Gardenia Bakeries Philippines Inc. is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling employee concerns, assisting with labor relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The Employee Relations Specialist will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to and administer employee grievances to ensure fair and timely resolution.
  • Assist in labor relations and human resources matters, including policy interpretation and compliance.
  • Gather, collect, and maintain documents and records required for contract and policy development, investigations, and negotiations.
  • Support in conducting employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
  • Coordinate with legal and HR teams to ensure alignment with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide recommendations and reports based on employee concerns and workplace trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or human resources is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and workplace policies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines
