Marketing & Content Producer – Siargao Island

We're hiring a
Marketing & Content Producer 
to coordinate on-ground marketing activities, including property site visits, photo/video shoots, and local errands. This role acts as the bridge between our ground core team in Siargao and our international team.

Location:
Siargao (General Luna)

Type:
Part-Time (transitioning to Full-Time in 3–6 months)

Monthly Compensation:
Part-Time: PHP 15,000 → Full-Time: PHP 25,000–30,000

Bond Villas is preparing its first construction,
estimated to begin early 2026.
We're hiring now to onboard key on-ground talent ahead of this phase. The role starts part-time with the intention to transition to full-time within 3–6 months as project activity increases.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    (Tagalog + English)
  • Basic
    skills in photography and video content creation
    (phone-based is fine)
  • Familiarity with
    social media platforms
    (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and manage tasks on the ground
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable
    to
    different responsibilities
  • Comfortable with
    occasional errands and fieldwork
    in Siargao
  • Access to a computer
    and available for
    digital meetings
    on short notice

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance
    during site visits and help with day-to-day on-site requirements.
  • Capture short-form content to support brand storytelling (occasional interviews as needed; follow talking points and route sensitive questions to the team).
  • Help with local errands, such as delivering documents
    to government offices when needed
  • Act as an
    on-the-ground presence for the company
    ,
    coordinating with our partners
    and
    ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks
  • Maintain local relationships
    by building trust with partners, suppliers, and community stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to the team
    , including reports, photos, and insights from the ground
