Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Surveyor to perform land and construction surveys for ongoing projects in General Luna, Surigao del Norte (Caraga Region). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate ground measurements, preparing site layouts, and verifying elevations to support engineering and architectural works.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments
  • Interpret and mark reference points, property lines, and elevation benchmarks on-site
  • Assist in construction staking/layout based on approved drawings and plans
  • Prepare survey reports, sketches, and field notes
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors during planning and execution
  • Perform checks and as-built surveys to ensure work compliance
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of surveying equipment
  • Store and organize digital data and survey records
  • Adhere to safety, environmental, and technical standards on-site

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in land or construction surveying
  • Knowledge of survey principles, coordinate systems, and legal boundaries
  • Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, and leveling tools
  • Familiarity with CAD and data processing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
  • Good attention to detail and spatial awareness
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Siargao

Preferred (Not Required):
  • Licensed Geodetic or Civil Engineer
  • Experience working in resort, coastal, or island development projects
