BIZCOM SOLUTIONS INC. is looking for a dependable and motivated Operations Supervisor to help lead and organize our client's growing ice plant business. If you're someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly — from supervising a team to managing basic office tasks and you bring a friendly, professional attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support a team of operations staff to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance and productivity metrics.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to operations, performance, and logistics.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Schedule shifts and manage labor allocation to meet operational demands.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for operations personnel.
  • Maintain inventory control and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role (typically 3+ years).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations-related software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on operational needs.
  • Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods if required by the role.
  • Willing to relocate in General Luna, Siargao Island, Philippines
