About Us

Coco Island Philippines is a leading coconut brand serving premium resorts, restaurants, and retail stores across the country. We take pride in offering quality coconuts with modern presentation, reliable delivery, and strong partnerships with our clients.

We are looking for a Customer Development Executive who will help us strengthen client relationships, grow key accounts, and expand our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (HORECA, resorts, groceries, and distributors).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach.
  • Manage account performance, monitor client orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
  • Conduct regular client visits to monitor product display, movement, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Gather market feedback and relay insights to management for product or process improvements.
  • Assist in promotional events, sampling activities, and product presentations.
  • Prepare sales reports, client updates, and activity summaries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer development (preferably in FMCG, food, or beverage industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Willing to travel for client visits and activations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
