Salary Range: ₱235,000 – ₱280,000 per month

About the Role

We're seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the design, automation, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure. You'll play a hands-on leadership role in building reliable, secure, and cost-efficient systems—optimizing deployment workflows, ensuring compliance, and mentoring a growing DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated and consistent deployments.
• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Enforce security best practices and maintain compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST standards.
• Optimize AWS resources for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Architect high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline deployment and automation workflows.
• Automate infrastructure operations with Python or Bash scripts.
• Lead incident response and ensure system resilience in production.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Maintain clear, detailed infrastructure documentation and architectural diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Docker (non-negotiable).
• Strong Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency in CI/CD systems and cloud networking fundamentals.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash for automation tasks.
• Experience designing secure, compliant, and scalable infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with Linux/Mac development environments.
• Ability to collaborate during US Eastern business hours.

Bonus Points

• Experience with GitOps workflows and tools.
• Familiarity with Auth0, serverless technologies, and database performance in the cloud.
• Possession of AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Professional).
• Proven cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in AdTech or marketing analytics infrastructure.
• Understanding of policy-as-code and zero-trust security models.
• Strategic thinker with strong systems-level architecture experience.
