Job Summary

PharmaServ is looking for a QA Lead / Senior QA Specialist who will take ownership of the company's mobile app testing strategy and execution. This role will define and drive QA processes across multiple mobile applications—covering both internal testing and external user validation. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on testing expertise to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and continuously refine the overall QA strategy for PharmaServ's mobile applications (User App, ePrescription App, Merchant App, and Rider App).
  • Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and test scripts within Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with product requirements and release timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and UX/UI Designers to clarify acceptance criteria and ensure robust test coverage.
  • Execute manual and automated tests, track and manage defects, and validate fixes before release.
  • Oversee internal UAT activities and coordinate external user or pilot testing.
  • Analyze QA metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance testing efficiency.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior testers as needed.
  • Act as the key advocate for product quality and reliability across teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of QA experience, preferably in mobile application testing.
  • Demonstrated experience defining QA strategies and building scalable test plans.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test case management.
  • Hands-on experience testing REST and/or GraphQL APIs using Postman.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading QA initiatives or teams in a mobile app environment.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools.
  • Background in healthcare, pharma, or logistics applications is a plus.
