About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineering Lead to guide a team of talented engineers in building robust, scalable web applications. You'll play a hands-on role in architecture, development, and mentorship—working with a modern stack that includes React, TypeScript, Python (Flask/FastAPI), and GraphQL.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using React (Mantine), Python, GraphQL, and SQL.
  • Define technical architecture and establish best practices for scalable, maintainable applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
  • Own code quality, performance optimization, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Champion clean, reusable, and type-safe code across the stack.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Mantine, Apollo Client
  • Backend: Python, Flask/FastAPI, GraphQL, SQLAlchemy
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS/GCP
  • Workflow: GitHub, Linux/Mac environments, Agile methodologies

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience (including 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role).
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience with GraphQL, SQL databases, and ORM tools (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
  • Skilled in state management, complex form handling, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and leading projects.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Bonus Points

  • Background in AdTech, marketing analytics, or financial systems.
  • Experience with monorepos, multi-app platforms, or real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, accessibility standards, and security frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
  • Strong foundation in computer science principles and systems thinking.
